Log, review, study, repeat.
Overshove is one loop, not a feature list. Four steps that turn a night of poker into a record you can act on.
Why the loop starts with clean data
Overshove starts with logging because every later answer depends on the sample being complete. Missing sessions do not disappear evenly. Players are more likely to skip the late, tilted or losing sessions, which means the remaining record looks cleaner than the truth. A fast log is not a convenience detail. It protects the evidence you will use later to decide whether to move up, shorten sessions, study a leak or change rooms.
The review step then adds context the ledger cannot provide on its own. Net hourly, rake, tips, travel, venue, stake and confidence all sit beside the same session record. When the graph looks ugly, you can ask whether the downswing is inside expectation. When the graph looks good, you can ask whether the sample is big enough to trust. The study step is what keeps those answers from becoming passive chart watching.
The export step matters because the history belongs to you. A poker sample is hard to build and impossible to recreate, so the loop is only credible if you can leave with the data. That is why CSV export is a core behaviour, not a premium trick.
Log the session in seconds
Five fields, then the clock runs. Fast enough to do at the table without falling back to a spreadsheet that quietly corrupts your stats.
- ✓Venue, stake, buy-in, cash-out, hours
- ✓Mark a hand or note live
- ✓Private, friends, or public
Read the real numbers
Net by stake, venue and day, after rake, tips and travel. The true hourly, with a confidence band so you know if the edge is real or just variance.
- ✓True hourly, not gross
- ✓Variance and confidence read
- ✓Split results any way you filter
Turn results into actions
Tag leaks to the hands you actually played, queue one study action, and run a warm-up before you sit. The loop that slowly moves a win rate.
- ✓Leak tags tied to real hands
- ✓Warm-up and cool-down routines
- ✓One next action, every review
Own and share your data
Your record is yours. Export to CSV any time, or hand a coach a one-tap PDF of the sessions and hands that matter.
- ✓CSV export, no lock-in
- ✓One-tap Coach Pack PDF
- ✓Import from old trackers
What the loop is not.
Not a HUD
No in-game overlay, no real-time stats on opponents. The loop runs away from the table, where review actually happens.
Not a solver
Overshove does not tell you the GTO play. It tells you what you did and where the leaks are, so you know what to solve.
Not a promise
No win-rate guarantees, no profit claims. It measures your real sample, honestly, including the downswings.
