How to read the research
Overshove research is written for players who care about the evidence, not just the headline. We define the arithmetic and separate measured data from interpretation.
Use public analysis as context beside your own logged sample, never as a substitute for it. Your win rate, leak pattern and room economics depend on your own complete record.
We keep claims narrow on purpose. A variance calculation is a frame for uncertainty, not a reason to ignore bad play. The more serious the decision, the more your own record should sit next to any public evidence.
Publication standard
Every published study must state its scope, collection window, source fields or question wording, exclusions, sample size and calculation method. Observed results are labelled separately from interpretation, with material limitations beside the finding.
Before using a result, check whether the population, game, stakes, location and time window resemble the decision you are making. A result from one room or stake is not a universal benchmark.
Nothing in this library promises profit or prescribes a bankroll. Use the evidence to form a testable question, then compare it with your own complete session history. If the source record cannot be reviewed, the claim does not ship.
