What does this result mean?
A poker EV calculator estimates what a call is worth on average if the same decision could be repeated many times. It weighs the full pot won when your hand succeeds against the amount lost when it fails, using your equity as the probability of each outcome. A positive result means the call earns money in the long run under those assumptions; a negative result means folding is better. The answer does not predict whether this individual hand will win, and it is only as accurate as the equity estimate and pot figures entered. Use it after the session to review close calls, test how much the decision changes when the opponent range changes and find the break-even point. In live play, round uncertain inputs conservatively instead of manufacturing precision that the read does not support.
