2-7 draw policy and discard analyser

Separate the rounds with semicolons. pat keeps five cards. low4 keeps up to four lowest distinct ranks, with ace high. 1,5 discards slots one and five; replacement cards stay in those slots. This is an entered policy, not a claim to optimal triple-draw play.

Reshuffle follows the documented PokerStars convention: prior discards may re-enter the stub, but a player cannot receive a card they previously discarded.
