Terms of service
By using Overshove you agree to these terms. In short: it is a tracking and study tool you use at your own discretion, it makes no promise of profit, and your data stays yours.
Who you are contracting with
Overshove is operated by Howcrofts Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11654047). These terms are a contract between you and Howcrofts Consulting Ltd. Contact: hello@overshove.com.
What Overshove is
A session tracker and study system for poker players. It records and analyses data you enter. It is not a gambling service, not a HUD or solver, and not financial or betting advice.
Your account and acceptable use
Overshove is intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction, with one account per person. Use the app lawfully and only where live poker and its tracking are legal for you. Do not misuse, resell, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, and keep your login credentials to yourself.
Free core
The core tracker is free and requires no card. Beta features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops. CSV export of all your data is available throughout, so you are never locked in while things evolve.
Founder offer
After a useful first session or review, eligible users may see the limited Founder offer. Founder unlocks all current deeper review tools while the core remains free. It is one GBP 79 payment for exactly 730 days. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring subscription to cancel. At expiry the account returns to the free core, while export and account-deletion rights remain available. There are at most 20 places, and a full refund is available within 14 days of payment.
Your data
Every session, bankroll figure and note you enter is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, sync and process it to run the service. Export to CSV at any time; delete your account and its data whenever you choose, as described in the privacy policy and on the account deletion page.
No guarantees
Overshove measures your real sample honestly, including downswings. It does not promise a win rate, profit, or any outcome. Decisions you make with it, including stake, bankroll and shot-taking decisions, are your own.
Liability
Overshove is provided as-is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or GBP 100 if you have paid nothing because the service was free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Overshove and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we can withdraw the service with reasonable notice, during which export remains available. Whatever ends the relationship, your data is handled as the privacy policy describes.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be flagged in-app, and continued use means acceptance of the current terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
