Poker hand history replayer

Validate betting order and replay PokerStars, GGPoker or normalized hands with side pots and card winner checks.

What is checked

Seat order, amount owed, minimum full raises, player-specific reopening after cumulative short all-ins, street closure, forced posts, uncalled returns, card uniqueness, side-pot eligibility, known-card winners, rake and chip conservation. Heads-up dealer order is handled separately. The pot-limit preflop cap counts the declared full blinds even when a blind is short all-in.

Normalized JSON supports cash or tournament chips, Hold'em, short deck, PLO4/5/6 and Omaha hi-lo, and up to four boards with a shared prefix. English text adapters support PokerStars and GGPoker cash/tournament Hold'em and four-card Omaha. Unknown provider lines are rejected. Use normalized JSON to retain a provider-specific feature not recognised by the text adapter.

Showdown cards missing from the original history cannot be invented. Such an import is marked as accounting/eligibility checked with the card winner unproved. Supply the known cards in normalized JSON for an independent winner check. Tournament chips never incur cash rake. Unreported real-world fees are not inferred.

Odd chips go to the high half before splitting a hi-lo pot, then to tied winners clockwise from the button. Multiple boards split equally, with a leftover unit assigned to the earlier board. If rake is supplied without rakeByPot, it is deducted from the main pot first. Add explicit rakeByPot amounts when a room uses another allocation.

Normalized format and action meanings

schema is overshove.hand.v2. Set game, betting, format, button seat, bigBlind, players, posts, actions and boards. Every player has a unique name, seat and starting stack; hole is optional when unknown. posts records small, big, ante, dead or straddle amounts. Betting amounts are additional chips, not raise-to totals. Use street actions for flop/turn/river; return only for uncalled excess; settle calculates side pots and winners. Optional recorded awards are checked against the calculated winners when all cards are known. allowUnknownShowdown only permits an explicitly unproved card result with recorded awards.

How this tool works

The normalized v2 engine validates no-limit/pot-limit actor order, obligations, full raises and player-specific cumulative short-all-in reopening. It builds side pots, returns uncalled excess, evaluates known showdown cards and conserves rake and odd chips. Normalized cash/tournament hands support Hold'em, short deck and Omaha variants with multiple boards. English PokerStars/GGPoker adapters cover cash/tournament Hold'em and four-card Omaha. Missing showdown cards are explicitly unproved, never inferred. Full format and chip-allocation rules are stated in the tool.

Everything runs on your device. Inputs are not uploaded. The tournament clock can save its schedule and time locally, with a clear control; other inputs are not saved. Export anything you want to keep before leaving the page. Study tools are for practice between sessions; check your poker provider's rules.
